Upon arrival you will meet your skipper and be kitted out with your sailing gear and lifejacket. Following a safety briefing aboard, you will slip the lines and head out of the marina. Our experienced skippers will train you and your fellow novice crew members in a friendly and professional manner. If you are new to sailing, the yachts are perfect as they are very easy to handle but stable enough for a more challenging sail if you prefer. You can get involved with the sailing as much or as little as you like, or merely enjoy the views of Brighton and Hove from a unique perspective. On returning, to the pontoon, you will have the opportunity to return to the Yacht Club for a swift half, or take advantage of the many bars and restaurants that Brighton Marina has to offer! The sailing experience provides fantastic views of Brighton sea front and has loads of photo opportunities, with a unique view of Brighton as the sun goes down and the city lights up. Perfect for the complete beginner! |
