From the moment you arrive this tank driving & military themed day hits the ground running. During the hustle and bustle of registration rides are constantly given to spectators & entrants using Hagglund`s (amphibious all track military vehicles) and snow bikes. You will be issued military camouflaged suits and helmets and following a role call and safety briefing split into six separate teams. Over the course of the day you will enjoy a spectacular range of activities driving at least 4 vehicles and enjoying a selection of other military themed events. There will be a competitive element to keep you on your toes with every event being awarded points. To round off the day the highest scoring person gets the chance to drive a 56 ton Chieftain Main Battle Tank....... over a family saloon car! Military vehicles available are: Abbot 17 ton Gun Tank Hagglund Bv206 432 Armoured Personnel Carrier 548 Rapier Missile Launcher Amphibious Stalwart Snowcat Military themed events may comprise: Flintlock Musket 17th century Mortar Firearms and Terrorism lecture SAS woodland patrol Clay pigeon shooting An action packed full day of tank driving & military madness, life will never be the same again! |
